What is your Service Guarantee?

Your confirmed reservation constitutes our guarantee of service to you on the date(s) and time(s) as agreed.

If you’re going to the airport from your home, office, or hotel, we will call you 30 minutes prior to pick-up to reassure you that we’re on our way and will arrive on time.

If we’re meeting you at the airport, we will track your flight online to confirm the exact time of your arrival. You will not be charged any wait fees should the plane not arrive as scheduled.  Please call us if you become aware of any schedule changes in your itinerary.
