What is your cancellation policy?

Once your reservation is confirmed, we guarantee service to you on the date(s) and time(s) as agreed.  If you must cancel or make any changes to your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.  In the event that you cancel or make any changes less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, we reserve the right to bill the full fare to your credit card.  ALL no shows will be charged full fare.
